These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the m11tt platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing m11tt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create an account and participate in any gaming activity on m11tt. Age verification is enforced at registration and withdrawal.
All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency conversion is applied.
m11tt uses 256-bit SSL encryption, provably fair RNG systems, and independent third-party audits. Your funds are held in segregated accounts and never commingled with operational capital.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits carry clearly stated wagering requirements. No bonus is offered without explicit rollover conditions, eligible game categories, and expiry timelines.
m11tt is committed to player protection. Deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion are available in every account. Players showing signs of problem gambling may be restricted by our compliance team.
m11tt is licensed and regulated under an international gaming jurisdiction. We operate in full compliance with our license conditions, including anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and KYC verification requirements.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and m11tt ("the Company"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the m11tt platform in any capacity.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

| "Balance" / "Funds" | The total IDR-denominated amount held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits separately labeled. |
| "Bonus Credit" | Any promotional amount, free-bet value, or cashback credit granted to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds or access higher deposit tiers. |
| "AML" | Anti-Money Laundering — the regulatory framework and internal procedures m11tt applies to detect, prevent, and report suspicious financial activity. |
| "Services" | All gaming products offered via the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone referenced throughout these Terms for deadlines, draw times, and support hours. |
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the Services. m11tt operates a strict 21+ policy in recognition of the Indonesian legal standard for adult participation in gaming activities. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and will remain so for the duration of your use of the Platform.
The Services are directed at residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable local law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.
You confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party, and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
21+ Enforcement: m11tt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued prior to age verification being passed may be withheld pending confirmation.
To access real-money Services, you must complete the m11tt registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and subsequently updated remains accurate at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. m11tt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify m11tt immediately by contacting our support team. m11tt will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for actions taken by unauthorized parties prior to the notification being received.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including false age declarations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. m11tt reserves the right to close any Account and void any winnings where registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
m11tt is required under its international license to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals or permitting deposits beyond the standard unverified tier. Verification requires you to submit the following documents:
m11tt aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete set of documents. During peak periods, processing may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete. Withdrawals requested during the KYC review period will be queued and processed promptly upon successful verification.
m11tt may apply Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures to any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts with unusually high deposit volumes, irregular betting patterns, or withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits. EDD may require additional documentation and may delay transaction processing.
m11tt accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers) and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No cryptocurrency, foreign bank transfer, or credit-card deposit is accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Individual transaction limits for each payment method are displayed at the cashier screen and may vary depending on your account verification tier. m11tt reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your account within minutes of the transfer being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours and within 15 minutes at other times. m11tt bears no responsibility for delays caused by the Player's banking institution or e-wallet provider.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered to family members — are not permitted. Any funds deposited from a third-party account may be confiscated, and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC verification. m11tt reserves the right to extend processing times by up to 24 hours for security review purposes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may be subject to daily and weekly caps depending on your account verification tier and payment method.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a new method has been verified under KYC procedures. m11tt applies this policy to protect Players from fraud and to comply with AML requirements.
m11tt does not charge any processing fee on withdrawals to verified accounts. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees; these are outside m11tt's control and will be borne by the Player.
Withdrawal to Verified Accounts: To ensure the fastest possible withdrawal experience, complete your KYC verification as soon as your account is created — before you make your first deposit. Verified accounts consistently receive funds within 5 minutes of submitting a withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by m11tt are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published on the promotion's landing page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from the bonus — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at the expiry time will be forfeited automatically.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports pre-match bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Live in-play bets contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100% unless specifically excluded. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Togel markets contribute 50%. Crash games contribute 50%. A current list of excluded games is maintained in the Promotions section of the Platform.
m11tt employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to artificially inflate wagering contribution, and systematic exploitation of promotions through low-variance betting patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and any associated winnings voided, and may be permanently closed.
Players who prefer not to receive any bonus credit may opt out of promotions by notifying customer support. Players who have opted out of bonuses are not eligible to retroactively claim a bonus for a deposit that has already been processed without one.
All bets are accepted at m11tt's sole discretion. m11tt reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet — including after acceptance — where there is evidence of: erroneous odds publication, technical fault, market manipulation, suspicious betting patterns, or any breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. Bets accepted during a temporary odds suspension may be voided at m11tt's discretion. Players are responsible for verifying the current status of any live market before placing a bet. m11tt accepts no responsibility for bets placed on markets the Player reasonably should have recognized as suspended.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the full parlay to be paid. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to match postponement), the parlay is recalculated with the voided leg(s) removed. The minimum mix parlay is 3 legs; payouts are calculated by multiplying the individual decimal odds of each non-void leg.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by the official pool operators (Singapore, Sydney, Macau). m11tt publishes results promptly after each official draw. Bets must be placed before the published cut-off time for each pool. Late bets received after the cut-off are not accepted. Draw results are final and not subject to appeal.
Slot games, virtual sports, table games, and all other RNG-based products use certified random number generators that have been independently audited for statistical compliance. Players may verify the fairness of any RNG game round using the provability tool available in the game's detail screen.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m11tt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance for Fraud: m11tt cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and international financial intelligence units. Accounts flagged for suspected money laundering will be frozen immediately, and relevant authorities will be notified without prior warning to the account holder.
All content on the m11tt Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game assets, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of m11tt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of m11tt.
m11tt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to m11tt's legal retention obligations under its international license conditions and applicable AML regulations.
m11tt provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m11tt's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
m11tt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether or not m11tt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. m11tt does not accept liability for any gambling losses sustained by Players using the Platform. All Players are responsible for their own betting decisions. m11tt strongly encourages all Players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings.
m11tt may suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, is suspected of fraudulent or criminal activity, poses a regulatory risk, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive. In such cases, the legitimate balance held in the Account (after deduction of any bonus credits and voided winnings) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method where legally permissible.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any pending bets will be settled normally, and your remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy are processed separately and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m11tt holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising between you and m11tt that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.
For regulatory complaints that remain unresolved after m11tt's internal process, Players may escalate to the dispute resolution body designated by m11tt's licensing authority, details of which are available by contacting support.
m11tt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — those affecting Player rights, bonus conditions, or financial terms — will be communicated to registered Players via email at least 7 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (typographical corrections, formatting updates, clarifications that do not alter meaning) may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
